The Claims Data Analyst will be an employee of Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR).
SWHR is a clinically integrated network formed by Texas Health Resources (THR) and University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW).
Work hours:
o Full-time, 40 hours per week.
o Monday - Friday, Day shift.
o This is a Hybrid position, to be based in North Texas/Dallas-Fort Worth area, requiring occasional onsite workdays, based on department business needs.
o In-person attendance required at department meetings, trainings and/or other department authorized activities, at the above-mentioned address or other locations as directed by the department management.

Diploma or Equivalent 4 Years Additional experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree Req OrBachelor's Degree healthcare, marketing, communications, public relations, business or equivalent required Req AndMaster's Degree PrefExperience5 Years experience in a healthcare environment (with a Bachelor's Degree).
Req or9 Years experience in a healthcare environment (without a Bachelor's Degree) Req and2 Years experience in Medicare Advantage programs PrefSkills Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of financial impact and operational data.
Skilled with the ability to receive strategic direction and execute with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to develop clean, insightful, and easily-digestible potential financial impact and claims data, and including dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
Ability to embrace change and show flexibility in assignments and the work environment.
Maintains a strong intellectual curiosity and demonstrated ability to improve skills.
Knowledge of key database, analytical, and data visualization tools, including (but not limited to) Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and FACETs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
