SERVICE MANAGER
Pengate Handling Systems Inc. is the recognized leader in electric forklift equipment and material handling solutions for our customers in the logistics and manufacturing industries. Significant growth has created an opportunity for a service manager in Northeast PA. Applicants must have a demonstrated track record of managing a technical workforce. In addition to management responsibilities, you will work in a team environment - across departments - to implement creative customer service solutions. This position will be charged with overall improvement in cost performance, customer communications, improving technicians technical expertise and customer skills. The qualified candidate will possess strong leadership, motivational and organizational skills. Must also be comfortable with supervising the rollout of mobile digital tools.
